How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Please allow between 1-3 days for your order to be processed from the time of purchase. We will make every effort to fulfill your orders as soon as possible.
How much does it cost me to ship the goods?
Our products are delivered by Australia Post across Australia. You will be charged at cost (with zero margin added).
Where does my order get delivered from?
Your order will be delivered from one of our warehouses based in Sydney, NSW.
How many days will my order take to arrive?
You should be receiving your order delivered at your door within 4-6 business days from the purchase of goods.
How do I know the shipping status of my order?
You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order is confirmed. We will notify you regularly on the status of your order delivery until you receive the goods.
